About Consortium:

Our Voices Count Consortium is a collaborative effort and partnership of dedicated  LBQ-GNC organizations in Kenya, whose work is seen within the rural and peri-urban setup. The consortium comprises 6 LBQ-GNC organizations namely UDADA IMARA, LEHA, UAFI, VOWWEK, AND ELITE, QUEERHIVE with INEND as the Fiscal Host. Formed in December 2021, the consortium partners collectively came together to discuss the future of LBQ GNC organizing and the amplification of our voices and rights. Our Voices Count consortium champions advancing human rights for LBQ-GNC persons in Kenya, mental and sexual reproductive health, research, capacity enhancement of consortium partners, and our visibility. We believe in the spirit of Ubuntu, align ourselves with feminist principles, and create meaningful and lasting partnerships that have an impact on the consortium and the LBQGNC community in Kenya
